Okay so maybe these Dubsado features aren’t totally hidden, but they are definitely harder to find and INCREDIBLY useful.

A High-End Inquiry Experience
So your new lead filled out the form on your website, now what?
Did you know that you can do more than the standard, “I’ve received your inquiry and I’ll get back to you in 24 hours” with Dubsado?
Although you can customize that message – and you should – you can take it one step further and have your lead redirected to a different page on your website.
Simply create a page on your website to act as a thank you page. The options for this are only limited by your imagination. Personally, I like to see a short thank-you video or a gif to show off your personality.
Once that is all set-up on your website, navigate to the Settings tab in your Lead Capture form and paste the link under “Redirect URL”!
This small detail will give your leads the impression that, “WOW, this person knows what they are doing” and get them even more excited about working with you.
… and if you are still using Google Forms to capture your leads, GIRL, book your free call to elevate your client experience once and for all.
Get Paid BEFORE They Get On Your Calendar
If you have a one-off session this one’s for you! Have you run into the issue of having to track down your clients to pay for their strategy session before it happens? Or worse, they aren’t paying until after their session???
Let’s fix that!
If you have a small one-time offer such as a paid strategy session, a 1:1 coaching intensive or a mini photoshoot you need to add that invoice to your scheduler.
In your scheduler under the “Advanced” tab, under Additional Options toggle the Invoice ON. Now just fill in the monetary details of your session and you will have people PAYING to get a spot on your calendar!
Use the Portal
Even if you think your client’s won’t use their client portal, you need to be utilizing this impressive feature.
The portal houses all of the forms, contracts, invoices and appointments involving that client’s project and it is important for them to have access to this information without having to email you because it got lost in their inbox.
Beyond the branding and pictures, did you know that you can customize the tabs without code?
This is a feature I actually just started utilizing and it has been amazing for my clients.
By default, the second tab is labeled “Projects”. Now that is all find and dandy however, I have found it misleading in my business, as I don’t necessarily work on a project basis.
Luckily for me, Dubsado let’s me rename this tab to whatever suits my business best.
For me personally, I’ve found that renaming this tab “Your Important Documents” has been super helpful. During setups I’ve also named this tab “Schedule Your Appointments” since the schedulers are listed here.
Play around with a few different ideas and see what your clients resonate with best!
